CTO
A machine and equipment constructor engineer by education with over 15 years of professional experience. He feels like a fish in water both in front of the computer and on the construction site. A manager who is not afraid of any technological novelty or innovation. Entrusted tasks are carried out in a holistic approach. Involved, often uncompromising and effective in action. At ElektroSort, he designs and implements solutions for clients and actively supports the development of the company. Privately, father, partner and plant lover.

She is knowledgeable on social media and marketing news. Activities on the field of new media are no new to her. At ElektroSort she is responsible for marketing and customers communication. She spends her free time doing brazilian jiujitsu, composing music on the piano and creates graphic designs.

A versatile IT and electronics engineer. His main task at ElektroSort is to support the sales processes in the field of technology selection and material testing. Georgian by origin, in his private life he loves to develop his knowledge of electronics and technology. His hobby is creating new things, learning foreign languages and getting to know new places and cultures.
Mikołaj Stankowiak
R&D Manager
A talented engineer with a broad spectrum of knowledge in the field of computer science, electronics and optics. He has excellent knowledge of plastics, in particular their physical properties and sorting them using various techniques. At ElektroSort, he works on new technological solutions. As a teenager, he built a Tesla transformer from components removed from electro-waste, a great enthusiast of retroelectronics.
